The refurbishment of the Grade A Listed Corn Exchange followed a series of intensive Options Appraisals for Melville Housing Association, to support their search for a new HQ in Dalkeith.
The project involved the extensive restoration and interior fit out of the dilapidated former grain market to form new Office Accommodation for Melville Housing Association, together with delivery of a Museum for the Dalkeith History Society and Additional Private Office Space.
